About Charlie Z + Co Wireless Charging Handbag

What is the Charlie Z & Co Wireless Charging Handbag?

The Charlie Z + Co Wireless Charging Handbag is a stylish and functional handbag equipped with an integrated wireless charging QI technology, allowing you to charge your smartphone or other compatible devices on the go.

How does the wireless charging feature work?

Your new Charlie Bag comes with an integrated wireless charging pad built in. Simply place your phone or device in the charging compartment inside the bag, and it’ll start charging wirelessly.

What devices are compatible with the wireless charging feature?

The Charlie Bag is compatible with a wide range of Qi-enabled devices, including iPhone, Samsung, LG, Blackberry, and Google. If your device supports wireless charging, it should work with our handbag.

How do I charge the handbag itself?

Your new handbag has its own rechargeable slim-line power bank, so all you have to do is connect it to a power source (a USB cable is included). Once done, it can power multiple devices on a single charge.

Is the handbag safe for my devices?

Yes! The wireless charging feature is safe for your devices. It’s equipped with overcharge and short-circuit protection to protect your devices and the Charlie Bag’s battery.

How long does it take to fully charge the handbag's battery?

The charging time can vary. On average, though, it takes a few hours to charge fully. The LED indicator on the power bank will let you know when it’s ready.

What is the capacity of the handbag?

We designed the Charlie Bag to keep all the daily essentials. You’ll comfortably fit a smartphone, wallet, keys, and any other ~random stuff~ you keep in there. Plus, it’s got nifty pockets and compartments for peak organisation.

Can I use the handbag as a regular handbag when I'm not charging my device?

Absolutely! The handbag is designed for functionality and fashion. You can use it as a regular handbag even when you're not charging your device.

Are there other colours and styles of handbag?

Charlie Z & Co’s Charlie Bag comes in three colourways. And our smaller, zippier Zara Bag does, too. Shop the rest of our range here.

What is the warranty and return policy for the Wireless Charging Handbag?

Warranty and return policies may vary, so we recommend contacting customer support for detailed information about warranties and returns.

Can I clean the handbag, and what are the care instructions?

The handbag can usually be wiped clean with a damp cloth or anti bacterial wipes. For specific care instructions, please refer to the care label or product documentation provided with the bag.

How do I know if my device is Qi enabled?

To determine if a device is Qi-compatible and supports wireless charging, you can follow these steps:

1. Check the Device's Specifications:

Look up the device's specifications on the manufacturer's website or user manual. Search for any mentions of Qi wireless charging compatibility.

2. Look for Qi Certification:

Devices that are Qi-compatible typically have Qi certification. You can check the Qi certification logo on the device or its packaging. The logo looks like a "Q" inside a circle.

3. Examine the Charging Port:

Qi-compatible devices usually have a wireless charging coil inside them. Check if the device has a wireless charging coil by inspecting the back or bottom for a circular, flat area that might be the charging coil.

4. Search for Wireless Charging Options:

In the device's settings or user interface, look for options related to wireless charging or Qi charging. If these options are present, it's likely that the device supports Qi wireless charging.

5. Consult the Manufacturer:

Reach out to the device's manufacturer or customer support for confirmation. They can provide you with specific information about the device's wireless charging capabilities.

6. Use a Qi Wireless Charger:

Try charging the device using a Qi wireless charger. If the device starts charging wirelessly, it's a clear indication of Qi compatibility.

Remember that Qi compatibility may vary among different models and versions of devices, so it's essential to verify for your specific device.
